House Football competition

On Thursday we held our, now annual, house football competition. We have 4 houses, Lagan, Connswater, Blackstaff and Farset. We held a P4&5 and a P6&7 competition. It was 5-a-side football, and we asked for 5 volunteers from each house to play in their house team. All the children were encouraged to come to school in their house colours and many of them made flags and banners to show their support. We have a sponsor, called Davy, who provided the trophies for the winners and a medal for all the competitors. It was a fantastic day and Andy, who organises the event, was very impressed with all the football skill.
